Ancient cultures recognized humankind's innate ability to heal and developed easy-to-use "tools" to impact their immunity. Both India and China developed these healing practices in the form of yoga and qi gong respectively.

In 2006, Marilyn Hyde became certified to teach a form of yoga that uses repetition of motion and postures to bring flexibility to the spine and activate the glands of the endocrine system.  With this training she learned various movements, meditations and breathing techniques that focus on particular parts of the body to resolve specific health issues.  Marilyn is also certified to teach a system of qi gong (pronounced chee-gung) that cultivates the body's immunity to increase vitality.  She likes to share these methods with her clients, to create a comprehensive and holistic approach to health.

All of these movements are simple and easy, yet when done with dedication, they are powerful agents of transformation. They can relax the nervous system and ease the mind, to create a sense of well-being and integrated health.
